These are official legal state manufactured license plates

Funds go to Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute Foundation, Inc., to fund whale research, rehabilitation, and education programs. Up to 15% of the funds may be used for administrative costs directly associated with the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute’s Marine Mammal Research and Conservation program and this specialty license plate funding. Up to 10% may be used for continuing promotion and marketing of the license plate.

Enacted: 10/01/2007. Annual Use Fee: $25.00.

  Absolutely love this plate!   I was a little worried it would be the light green color as shown on the website, but I was assured it was the new Family Values Black plate with white lettering!
