Save Our Seas Florida Specialty License Plate

These are official legal state manufactured license plates

Funds generated from sales of the ‘Save our Seas’ specialty license plate are used for marine science research and education programs. Funds go to the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute Foundation, Inc. for marine science research and education programs as follows, 10% of the funds shall be distributed to the Guy Harvey Research Institute of the Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center to conduct fisheries and shark research in the state.

Absolutely love this plate!   I was a little worried it would be the light green color as shown on the website, but I was assured it was the new Family Values Black plate with white lettering!
